Booking and planning
-
I specialise in corporate and event photography, helping businesses, organisations and professionals communicate through high-quality imagery. My services include conference photography, corporate events, awards ceremonies, networking events, corporate lifestyle photography and professional headshots
-
I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for conferences, awards ceremonies and large corporate events. However, I understand that business events can come together at short notice, so please get in touch even if your event is only a few days away.
-
Absolutely, actually it would be preferable. Pre-event coordination is an important part of my approach. We'll discuss the schedule, key speakers, important moments, VIP guests, branding requirements and any specific images you need. This helps ensure the photography supports your event objectives.
-
London is my main base, but I'm happy to consider assignments elsewhere in the UK and internationally. Please share your event location when enquiring so I can confirm availability and any additional travel costs.
-
To help me provide an accurate quotation, please include:
The date and location of your event or shoot.
The type of event and expected number of attendees.
The required coverage hours and schedule.
Any key speakers, guests or moments that must be photographed.
Your intended use for the images.
Your preferred delivery deadline and any additional requirements.
If you don't have every detail confirmed yet, that's absolutely fine. We can discuss the initial brief and refine the requirements together
-
A detailed shot list isn't essential, but sharing your priorities is helpful. For larger events, a list of key people, speakers, sponsor branding, award recipients and essential moments helps me plan coverage and ensure the most important images are captured.
Event photography and usage
-
I photograph a wide range of business events, including conferences, seminars, panel discussions, networking receptions, award ceremonies, product launches, company celebrations, corporate dinners and institutional events.
-
Yes. My approach combines key moments and planned photographs with natural, candid images that capture the atmosphere of your event. Depending on your brief, coverage can include speakers on stage, audience reactions, networking, guest interactions, award presentations and important details.
-
Yes. I can capture images intended for press releases, websites, social media, internal communications and post-event reports. If you have specific editorial, branding or aspect-ratio requirements, please let me know before the event so we can plan accordingly.
-
Yes. I aim to work professionally and unobtrusively, capturing important moments without interrupting speakers, conversations or the flow of your event. This is particularly important for conferences, formal receptions and high-profile corporate occasions.
-
Yes. I use professional equipment and adapt my approach to the lighting and environment, including conference halls, stages, dimly lit venues and evening receptions. My goal is to deliver consistent, polished images while respecting the atmosphere of the occasion.
Pricing and deliverables
-
Pricing depends on the duration of coverage, event location, complexity, deliverables and any additional requirements. Every event is different, so I provide tailored quotations rather than a one-size-fits-all package. Get in touch with your brief for a quotation.
-
The scope is agreed before the event and can include pre-event coordination, on-site photography, professional image selection and editing, and delivery of the final photographs. Your quotation will outline the coverage, deliverables, turnaround time and agreed usage rights.
-
For many corporate events, selected and edited images can be delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on the scope of the assignment. If you need photographs for an immediate press release or social media post, let me know in advance so we can discuss a priority selection and specific options for quick delivery.
-
Final images are delivered digitally (normally via Google Drive, but other services can be used), making them easy to access and share with your team, communications department or other stakeholders. The delivery arrangements and image formats can be agreed according to your intended use.
-
The number of final images depends on the duration and nature of your event, the number of activities taking place and the agreed scope of coverage. My priority is to deliver a carefully edited collection that tells the story of your event, rather than simply maximising the number of photographs.
-
Usage rights depend on the agreed terms of the assignment. If you intend to use the images across your website, social media, marketing campaigns, press materials or other commercial channels, please outline these requirements when requesting a quotation so they can be addressed clearly.
Corporate lifestyle and headshots
-
Yes. I offer professional headshots for individuals, executives and teams, suitable for company websites, LinkedIn profiles, press materials and other professional communications. The approach can be tailored to reflect your organisation's brand and visual identity.
-
Yes. Corporate lifestyle photography can showcase your workplace, team and working environment through authentic, natural images. These photographs can help businesses communicate their culture and people without relying exclusively on generic stock photography.
